Call and tell us the rooms, the rough square footage and the material you are considering. We can usually give you a realistic per-square-foot range on that call alone, which is enough to know whether a measurement is worth booking. If it is, we will put one in the calendar while you are on the phone, generally within a couple of days.

An itemized written estimate
At the visit we laser the rooms, lift a corner to see the subfloor, and take moisture readings. You get a written estimate with material, labor, demolition, haul-away, subfloor prep and trim on separate lines, with no obligation to proceed.
