- Step 1
Free measurement and material selection
We measure the rooms and stairs, plan the seam locations, and bring samples you can see in your own light. We will talk honestly about fibre, density and pad rather than steering you at a particular price point, and rental properties get a different recommendation than a primary bedroom does.
- Step 2
Tear-out and deck prep
Old carpet, pad and tack strip come out, the subfloor gets inspected and any squeaks or loose sheathing are fixed, and new strip and pad go down. On most Centennial homes this happens the morning of install day rather than as a separate visit.
- Step 3
Install, stretch and finish
Carpet is laid, seamed, and power-stretched room by room, then trimmed and tucked at the perimeter and finished at transitions and stairs. Most jobs complete in a single day; a whole house with stairs can run two. You can put furniture back and walk on it immediately.
